The published agent service-fee claim is zero, but an order still has other costs. The two ¥8 descriptions in the retained help material—packaging consumables in article 74 and a generally stated declaration charge in article 63—have an unresolved relationship. Do not add them into ¥16 or assume both apply; read the actual parcel breakdown.
Compare paid currency with credited value
The retained 8 October 2026 comparison lists Kakobuy at about 8.5% in both its currency-conversion and combined-markup columns because the standard service-fee entry is zero. The combined measure adds conversion markup and standard service fees; it does not include every provider charge or establish a current surcharge. Check the actual checkout and named payment-channel charge separately.
For a useful comparison, record the same basket, payment currency, total debit, CNY value credited and separately stated fees. Use a contemporaneous reference rate if comparing conversion. Avoid counting a fee twice when it is already included in a quoted total.
Official PayPal descriptions conflict
Articles 64 and99 list 3.5% plus US$0.30. Article 65 lists 2.9% plus US$0.30, while its old screenshot uses another example calculation. All are official material, so this guide does not present one as a guaranteed current checkout rate.
Review the actual payment screen before confirming. The captured guidance lists no agent handling charge for Alipay and WeChat, but current availability, provider charges and credited value still need checking. A recharge charge does not by itself tell you the deduction on a later refund.

These are 10 October 2026 policy examples, not a current price list. The normal free storage period is 100 days and abnormal parcels have a separate 60-day period. A cooling-off reference does not promise extra free storage.
