Cancellations, returns and the balance credit

Read the status, eligibility, seller agreement and actual deductions together. A confirmed order refund is a different event from an external payment refund.

Cancellation starts with the actual status

Status in the captured guidanceWhat to askMoney record to check
PaidHas purchase started, and can support cancel now?The cancellation confirmation and amount released.
ProcessingHas the agent bought the item but the seller not dispatched? The stated available-balance refund after the purchase is unwound.
MailedWill the seller accept a return, and what freight would be deducted? The completed return and net balance credit.
WarehouseWhich return or exchange window and exclusions apply? The seller’s agreement, return tracking and refund confirmation.

A status can change while a request is being reviewed. Submit the order number and a clear request promptly, then wait for confirmation before treating the purchase as cancelled. A later stage may add freight, but the exact charge depends on the accepted reason and terms.

Policy example: Cancellation, return and exchange guidance, captured 10 October 2026. Check the current conditions for your order.

Keep the two published windows distinct

Article 51 describes the eligible 5-Day Return/Exchange Guarantee: 120 hours counted from the next hour after Stocked in. Article 87 separately describes a return request within five days and an exchange request within 14 days of warehousing. Do not assume the longer exchange wording extends every five-day guarantee.

Check the exact item and current order terms promptly. Seller agreement, product condition and exclusions still apply. The captured 7–15-day return and 7–20-day exchange timings are seller-dependent examples, not deadlines by which every refund must arrive.

Who pays depends on the accepted reason

The unconditional return/exchange formula includes applicable seller-direction freight plus the return or exchange service fee. The policy distinguishes free-shipping offers from other orders, so do not automatically charge both freight legs to every case.

The captured guarantee also describes no customer cost for accepted non-customer-fault cases such as a wrong item, obvious quality issue found at stock-in or courier damage. Your photos help document the issue; they do not automatically establish acceptance. Ask support to confirm the reason, eligibility and cost allocation for this order.

Keep the listing, exact variant, warehouse images and the seller or agent’s response. A precise discrepancy—such as a size tag different from the ordered option—is easier to assess than a general complaint that the item looks wrong.

2–5CN¥5CN¥10
6–9CN¥10CN¥20

These are historical help-page tiers, separate from freight. The page excludes Prime members from its first-operation waiver. Its final row says “Over 10”; confirm the current treatment at the boundary rather than silently interpreting that wording as 10 or more. Ask for your actual charge before accepting the return.

Check exclusions before buying

Custom-made products, removed tags, certain intimate or perishable goods, second-hand goods and specified opened products can fall outside the guarantee. The complete current category conditions matter; a general return badge is not enough.

Manual Fill & Buy has separate restrictive terms in the captured form, including limits on cancellation, modifications and after-sales. Read the current form before paying. A seller’s marketplace promise should not be assumed to carry unchanged into a manual order.

A changed price is a decision point

If the seller reports a price or domestic-freight difference, ask for the itemised change and available options. Verify the message in the official order record. Do not assume a demand for more money must be paid without checking cancellation, stock or substitution choices.

If the item is out of stock, confirm cancellation and reconcile the resulting credit. Accept a replacement only after checking its price, variant and terms.

Returning one item from a combined purchase

Identify the exact order line, variant and quantity being returned. If a bundle price or domestic-delivery charge covered several items, ask how the seller will calculate the partial return. Dividing the original total by the item count may give the wrong expected credit.

Before authorising the return, record the accepted reason, affected quantity, service fee, domestic freight and expected net credit. Confirm whether the remaining items or a replacement are still being processed. One accepted return should not be read as cancellation of the whole basket.

After seller confirmation, match the credit to that specific order line. If the amount differs, send the agreed breakdown and actual balance entry together. Use the exact QC discrepancy when the accepted reason depends on the item’s condition.
