How to use the refund route finder
Choose the transaction or order status that matches your record. The result gives a likely destination or process, the timing to verify and a next action. It does not check a live account, submit a request or guarantee that a refund is eligible.
The full written routes remain available below.
A balance credit and a completed refund are different events
The cancellation guidance describes several order refunds returning to available Kakobuy balance. The recharge-refund terms describe eligible recharged money being returned through the original payment method. These are different records and different steps.
Do not infer that every balance amount is immediately withdrawable, or that a cancelled-order credit can never be withdrawn. The retained text does not settle every balance composition. Ask support to identify the refundable amount, its original recharge record and the applicable withdrawal procedure.

Route 01
I want an unused recharge returned
Original payment method, if eligible
Timing to check
The captured refund terms allow an application more than two days after a successful recharge. Channel estimates are separate; the 2–3-day finance-processing statement specifically concerns reviewed remittance refunds.
Costs and conditions
The terms put resulting handling fees on the user. Ask which amount is refundable and which original payment record will be used.
Next action
Keep the recharge reference, available balance and provider receipt. Use the verified official account channel for any required identity review.
The agent bought it; the seller has not dispatched
Kakobuy balance after the purchase is unwound
Timing to check
The captured Processing rule describes cancellation coordinated with the seller and a return to available balance. Confirm the current status and completion.
Costs and conditions
Check the order’s refunded amount rather than assuming an external card refund.
Next action
Keep the cancellation confirmation and match the credit to the order.
Check the eligible 5-day/120-hour process and its exact trigger. The captured 7–15-day estimate depends on seller receipt and confirmation; it is not a guaranteed date.
Costs and conditions
Relevant freight and a service fee can apply. Accepted non-customer-fault cases have different cost treatment; confirm it for this order.
Next action
Compare the item with the order, save the QC evidence and submit the request promptly.
Article 87 describes an exchange request within 14 days of warehousing, while article 51 describes a 5-day guarantee. Confirm the applicable window promptly; do not assume the longer one applies.
Costs and conditions
Exchange freight, service fees or a price difference may apply. The captured 7–20-day estimate depends on the seller.
Next action
Confirm the new variant, seller acceptance, charges and expected replacement steps.
Whether cancellation, return or freight adjustment has been confirmed.
Agent balance ledger
Whether the relevant credit or deduction was recorded, and for which reference.
Payment-provider account
Whether an approved external refund has actually reached the original method.
An approval message, a balance credit and a bank posting are not interchangeable. Ask for the amount, currency, reference and timestamp at the stage where the record stops. This is more precise than asking only “where is my refund?”.
Check deductions before accepting a net amount
Return freight, agent return-service fees and payment-channel handling can affect different routes. Manual-order terms can also restrict cancellation and after-sales. Ask which charge applies and why; a fee mentioned on one process should not be copied into another automatically.
The published examples here were captured on 10 October 2026. The live order and applicable current terms decide what is available now.
A partial credit needs a line-by-line check
Illustrative example: a confirmed order refund is ¥180, but the balance history shows only ¥160 credited. The unresolved amount is ¥20; that arithmetic does not explain the cause. Check whether the refund was split into entries, whether a stated fee was deducted, or whether another part is still pending. Ask for the reference and reason for each line.
Do not count a balance credit and a later original-payment refund as two reimbursements for the same purchase. The second event may be money leaving the agent balance. Match both records by amount, currency, date and transaction reference; compare the final available balance as well.
